Orange County Bar Association Training Sessions
The Board of Directors of the Florida Courts E-Filing Authority consists of eight Circuit Court Clerks and the Clerk of the Supreme Court. The Authority provides governance for the statewide Florida Courts E-Filing Portal, found at www.myflcourtaccess.com . The portal operates under the rules and standards set by the courts and in cooperation with the Florida Courts Technology Commission.

The Florida Courts E-Filing Portal is a single statewide website where users can file court documents in Florida’s trial and appellate courts.
All documents are available on the Publications and Forms page. Documents are in Adobe Acrobat pdf format unless otherwise noted. A free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader can be download from Adobe's website .
The Florida Courts E-Filing Authority was created as a public agency by interlocal agreement, as set forth in chapter 163, Florida Statutes. The Authority is contracted with the Florida Association of Court Clerks and Comptrollers for the development and operation of the Florida e-filing court records portal.
Each Clerk who wishes to become a member of the Florida Courts E-Filing Authority must sign a joinder agreement.

As each county reports that their local batch interface is ready for use by local Public Defenders and State Attorneys, the county and the readiness date will be posted here.
