Welcome to the Florida Courts E-Filing Authority Board web page.
The Florida Courts E-Filing Authority Board was created pursuant to legislative directive to provide oversight to the development, implementation and operation of a statewide portal designed to process the filing of court documents.
The Board of Directors of the Florida Courts E-Filing Authority consists of eight Circuit Court Clerks and the Clerk of the Supreme Court. The Authority provides governance for the state’s e-filing court records portal, found at www.myflcourtaccess.com
. The portal operates under the rules and standards set by the courts and under the guidance of the Florida Courts Technology Commission.
The eFiling Portal web site
provides eFiling and eRecording capability to users with a single statewide login. Users may utilize the ePortal web interface to submit documents to Clerks and Recorders.

The Florida Courts E-Filing Authority was created as a public agency by interlocal agreement, as set forth in chapter 163, Florida Statutes. The Authority is contracted with the Florida Association of Court Clerks and Comptrollers for the development and operation of the Florida e-filing court records portal.
Each Clerk who wishes to become a member of the Florida Courts E-Filing Authority must sign a joinder agreement.
