The Constitution Revision Commission (CRC) this week holds its second committee week of 2017 in Tallahassee, which will be highlighted by a presentation on Florida’s Clerks of Court and a meeting of the full Commission.

The CRC Judicial Committee, chaired by Commissioner William “Bill” Schifino, Jr., will meet, beginning at 1 p.m., EDT, tomorrow, Tuesday, October 3, and will receive a presentation on Florida’s Clerks of Court. The Honorable Ken Burke, CPA (Pinellas), the Honorable Paula S. O’Neil, Ph.D. (Pasco), and the Honorable Joseph E. Smith (St. Lucie) will provide an overview of Florida’s Clerks of Court and their constitutional role.
