CRC Committees to Meet Next Week

The next Constitution Revision Commission (CRC) Committee Week is scheduled for Nov. 27-Dec. 1 in Tallahassee. Meeting time allocations for the week may be viewed here.

 

The Judicial Committee will meet Tuesday, Nov. 28 at 1:00 p.m. Proposal 27 and Proposal 28 by Commissioner Hank Coxe (co-introducer Roberto Martinez) are on the agenda. Proposal 55 by Commissioner Frank Kruppenbacher will also likely be discussed.

 

The Ethics and Elections Committee is scheduled to meet the morning of Wednesday, Nov. 29. Proposal 13 by Commissioner Carolyn Timmann (co-introducers Chris Nocco and Emery Gainey) could potentially be on the agenda.

 

After next week, the following Committee Week is tentatively scheduled for December 11-15, 2017.

 

All Commissioner proposals may be viewed and monitored on the CRC’s official website at www.flcrc.gov. From the homepage, select “Proposals” from the menu bar at the top of the page, then click “Commissioner Proposals” to view all activity. To track a Commissioner proposal, click on the yellow star in the right-hand column next to the proposal of interest. Note that, in order to track a proposal, you must first create a CRC account, by visiting www.flcrc.gov/Account/Signup.
