Registration Instructions

Please select one of the below registration types to register for FCCC's 2015 Summer Conference. If you would like to register online as a Conference Delegate or Exhibition Visitor, please select Attendee Registrations. If you are a Vendor and would like to purchase a booth, please select the Exhibitor Registration.

***Note: Anyone who qualifies for complimentary registration (Conference speakers, Honorary Member, etc) will need to contact the registration department for the "special code."

Cancellations, Refunds, and Changes to Registration

  • Cancellation or request for changes to conference registration must be made in writing and received no later than Friday, May 22, 2015. Any cancellations received after May 22 will not be refunded.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed four to six weeks after the conference.
  • If payment is made by credit card, a credit will be issued to your credit card account; otherwise, a refund check will be issued.
  • All requests for changes, cancellations, and refunds must be made in writing and received no later than Friday, May 22, 2015. Please send requests by e-mail to marshall@flclerks.com, by fax to +1.850.921.0808, or mail to:
