Child Support Inquiry and Online Payments
Traffic Citation Inquiry and Online Payments
Comprehensive Case Information System
Official Records Index
This egovernment initiative is the first of its kind in
the nation to connect Official Records information from the entire
state. Official Records are defined as those documents required
or authorized to be recorded in one general series called “Official
Records” at the county level. These include deeds, marriage
records, judgements, etc. You can order Official Record Documents
from any participating county in Florida through this website.
This system consists of a central Official Records Index (ORI) database and a website that provides index searches, a document ordering system, and links to existing Clerk's web sites.
Child Support Inquiry and Online Payments
Paying child support, whether it is done directly
by a parent or through payroll deduction, has just become easier. Non-custodial
parents and employers can now pay online with a credit card or direct
debit from a bank account. You may also research the payment history
on your case.
Services are available for all child support cases that use the Florida State Disbursement Unit (SDU) for payment purposes. Funds are electronically transferred to the custodial parent regardless of the city or county in which the person resides.
Traffic Citation Inquiry and Online Payments
The Traffic Citation Payment and Inquiry Service
of MyFloridaCounty.com allows the Internet user to inquire and make
payments on traffic citations. The Internet user has to provide two
of the following three identifiers: Citation Number, License Number,
and Date of Birth. Once they provide the correct information, they can
view any open citations and make payments on those citations using a
credit card.
Once a citation has been paid via the MyFloridaCounty.com portal, the Traffic Staff in the Clerk's Office receives an email notifying them of a citation being paid. They can login to a secured section of the portal to download the payment information into their local traffic application. They can also use the secured portal area for reports and financial reconciliation.
Comprehensive Case Information System
The Comprehensive Case Information System (CCIS), developed and implemented by the Florida Clerks of the Court, is a secured internet portal providing a single point of search for statewide court case information. CCIS users will be comprised of the judicial community, state and local law enforcement, state agencies, and the Florida Legislature.
