CertiClerk unifies FCCC online learning resources and Clerk certification reporting in a mobile-friendly website. It allows users to view educational videos from conferences, webinars, and recorded training events, as well as report Clerks' CPE credits for initial certification and annual recertification.

Q.  What is CertiClerk?

A. CertiClerk is the FCCC online learning tool custom-created for Clerks, and can also be used by Clerks' Staff, and the FCCC Professional Team. CertiClerk unifies FCCC educational content in an easy-to-use website that is mobile-friendly, so it can be accessed on computers and mobile devices.

 

To access previously recorded conference sessions, training events, and webinars, click on the Catalog tab and browse the content. You can search for a specific session by selecting from the two dropdown fields for the FCCC Conference, Webinar, Regional Training, and/or Track. Click “Launch” to start a course. To view session-related PDF documents, click “View Details,” then “Download File” at the bottom of the page.

 

Q.  How do Clerks track CPEs in CertiClerk?

A.  Clerks' CPE totals are viewable on their Clerk Certification Program screen. Credits for videos count toward Online activity, and update automatically to the user’s account. A Report Credits form allows Clerks to easily report CPE credits from New Clerk Academy, Conferences / Seminars / Regional Trainings, Teaching / Presenting and Meetings / Workshops using a mobile device or computer. It's easy to submit, just click the Clerk Certification Program tab > + Report Credits link, then fill out the event details and click the "Add" button at the bottom of the page.


Q.  Who can use CertiClerk?

A.  Anyone who has a current flclerks.com member account will be able to access CertiClerk.

 

Q.  How do I know if I need to use CertiClerk?

A.  Clerks, any professional team members who submit the paperwork for CPE credits, and those who currently access training videos on the flclerks.com member site need to use the CertiClerk system to report CPEs and access training videos. The member pages that currently house training videos will be phased out over the next few months.

 

Q.  When can I use CertiClerk?

A.  CertiClerk is scheduled for rollout on Wednesday, November 20, 2019.

 

Q.  Will I use CertiClerk to sign up for training?

A.  No. The process to register for upcoming training and webinars remains the same.

 

Q.  How can I get help with learning how to use CertiClerk?

A.  A webinar titled “Introduction to CertiClerk” is scheduled for November 20, 2019, at 2 p.m. Unable to attend the webinar? No worries! It will be recorded and posted to CertiClerk by Monday, December 2, 2019.

 

The webinar will feature a tour of CertiClerk, and show how to use its functions. Topics will include login, basic system navigation, and how to use the Clerk CPE credit reporting function, which will replace the current manual form submission process. Clerks and Comptrollers will receive 1 CPE credit (Online) for participation.


Q.  I want to use CertiClerk, but I don’t have a flclerks.com member account. How do I get one?

A.  Local office requirements vary, so check with your supervisor to get approval for a flclerks.com member account, then register online. Click the word “Register” at the top right of the screen.

A.  The FCCC Help Desk is happy to assist! Help Desk team members are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except holidays.
