The Clerks’ offices in Miami-Dade, Pasco and Pinellas were honored as the recipients of 2016 National Association of Counties (NACo) awards this week.
Miami-Dade received awards in the area of Information Technology for its Online Case Search – Public Access to Court Document Images system and for Civil Court - Paperless Operations with Odyssey Implementation.
Pasco also received an Information Technology award for its Criminal Image Viewer project.
Pinellas was honored in the area of Court Administration and Management for its Same Day Juror Pay Mobile Workstations.
Begun in 1970, the annual Achievement Awards Program is a non-competitive awards program run by NACo that recognizes innovative county government initiatives in 21 different categories. More than 110 counties and organizations won awards in 2016.
