Assessments & Collections Report
The Assessments & Collections (A &C) Report is required by s. 28.246, F.S., and must be submitted on January 1st of each year. The statute requires all Clerks submit this report to the Legislature and the Clerks of Court Operations Corporation and is done through Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers in consultation with the Office of State Courts Administrator.
