2016 Assessments and Collections WebEx Training Conclude

The Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers conducted 11 WebEx training sessions attended by more than 276 Clerks and staff during July and August to prepare for the 2016 A&C Report. This was a great turnout and we want to thank all who participated in these sessions.


During the sessions, new documentation was presented and updates to the documents were explained. Most importantly, FCCC demonstrated the new Automated A&C Report System (ACRS) and the web-based report form Clerks and staff will use to submit their 2016 reports and future reports. The ACRS will be available for the 2016 report submission period this October. The main message was there are no new report data elements for 2016 and Clerks’ internal report processes don’t change from last year.

  • A&C Report Draft Best Practice (Provisional for use in 2016)
  • A&C Report Best Practice Workflow Diagram
  • 2016 A&C Report Guidelines (No changes for 2016, only edits and clarifications)
  • 2016 A&C Report Work Sheet (Optional use with the ACRS and web-based form)
  • ACRS User Guide – currently under development
