Department of Revenue to hold PTO Rule Hearing

The Department of Revenue announced that it will hold a public rule hearing on October 13, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. in Tallahassee. The public is invited. The department published a notice, required under s. 120.54, Florida Statutes, in the Florida Administrative Register.

The rule hearing is for the proposed amendments to Rule 12D-16.002 and the incorporated forms associated with the changes the legislature enacted in Chapter 2016-128, L.O.F., and the value adjustment board process. The department is also repealing the obsolete Form DR-455, Renewable Energy Source Device Exemption Application.
