The Department of Revenue (DOR) has announced that it will hold a rule development workshop on November 1, 2016, at 10 a.m. in Tallahassee for proposed amendments to rule Chapter 12D-9, F.A.C.
In response to a Joint Administrative Procedure Committee (JAPC) staff review, DOR is amending the listed rules:
·12D-9.007 - Role of the Clerk of the Value Adjustment Board
·12D-9.015 - Petition; Form and Filing Fee
·12D-9.019 - Scheduling and Notice of a Hearing
The program has posted the proposed rule amendments on DOR’s website under “Chapter 12D-9, VAB.” If Clerks would like to submit a comment before the workshop, please send your comment or question to DORPTO@dor.state.fl.us.
