Registration is open from Monday, December 15, 2025 - Friday, February 6, 2026. Please note, the host hotel and all overflow hotels are currently sold out. If you have questions about reservations, would like to be placed on the waitlist, or have a reservation and plan on canceling it, please email events@flclerks.com. A $50 cancelation fee is applied to cancelations after 12:00 p.m., ET, on Friday, February 6 and a $25 fee is applied to name badge changes.
