DOR announces amendments to Rule Chapter 12D-13

The Department of Revenue (DOR) announces amendments to Rule Chapter 12D-13 and applicable forms that took effect April 5, 2016.

The new forms are also available on DOR’s website.     

These rules have become law, and tax collectors, property appraisers, and Clerks must comply with them, as stated in section 195.027(1), Florida Statutes. The new rules and forms supersede any local rules on the subject.

If you have an alternate form that DOR approved before this effective date, please review your form for differences with the DOR’s form. If you find you need a new alternate form, please send your requests to DORPTO@dor.state.fl.us.
