The Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) has updated the Uniform Policies and Procedures Manual for Value Adjustment Boards. The revised version is posted and available on DOR’s VAB website.
Under section 194.011(5)(b), Florida Statues, the Uniform and Policies and Procedures Manual must be available on the Clerks’ existing websites. Please review your website to update a link to the DOR’s website or updated manual.
