The Department of Revenue (DOR) published a Notice of Change in the October 28, 2016, Florida Administrative Register (FAR). The form revisions are based on Joint Administrative Procedures Committee (JAPC) staff review. The change revises two proposed forms but no language change to Rule 12D-16.002, F.A.C., as originally published in the September 22, 2016, edition of the FAR.
The amendment removes the word “sufficient” from the top paragraph of forms:
·DR-486A - Written Authorization for Representation Before the Value Adjustment Board
·DR-486POA - Power of Attorney for Representation Before the Value Adjustment Board
