The Department of Revenue (DOR) has added to its website for Proposed Rules an announcement for a Rule Hearing. The Notice of Proposed Rule was published with the option to hold a hearing, if requested. A request has been received and a hearing will be held at 10 a.m. on February 6, 2018, in Room 1221, Building 2, 2450 Shumard Oak Boulevard, Tallahassee, for the following rule sections:
