The Department of Revenue (DOR) has posted the 2018 informational bulletin, PTO 18-02, Assessment of Citrus Fruit Packing and Processing Equipment Rendered Unused Due to Hurricane Irma or Citrus Greening. The Florida Legislature passed chapter 2018-118, Laws of Florida, in the 2018 regular legislative session. The bulletin can be viewed here.
