The Honorable Laura E. Roth, Esq. (Volusia), is pleased to announce the Volusia County Clerk’s passport team has received, for the third consecutive time, a perfect score on their Acceptance Facility Oversight Compliance Inspection from the U.S. Department of State’s Passport Service.
The U.S. Department of State’s Passport Service has established Acceptance Facility Oversight to maintain and improve the integrity of the passport application process by conducting passport inspections with one-on-one interviews, facility spaces, security features and real-time observations. The Volusia County Clerk’s office is part of a small group of Passport Application Acceptance Facilities throughout Florida, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands to receive a perfect score on the Acceptance Facility Oversight Program.
