The Palm Beach Clerk’s office was recently honored with CIO Magazine’s 2019 Digital Edge 50 award for its use of Computing System Innovations (CSI’s) artificial intelligence technology, Intellidact AI™. Intellidact AI is used by the Clerk’s office to transform unstructured court documents into structured data, with Intellidact software bots then performing unattended data entry into the Clerk’s case management system.
The Palm Beach Clerk’s office is among the first in the world to use artificial intelligence technology to maximize productivity, accuracy, and efficiency in the courthouse. Intellidact AI software works around the clock, allowing documents filed by attorneys to be processed almost immediately – even on weekends and holidays. Currently, 21 percent of all e-filed documents are being processed by Intellidact AI technology, with an increase to 85 percent to occur within the next year.
“I’m honored that our artificial intelligence program has been recognized as a leader in digital innovation, and that it will serve as a model for other organizations around the world,” said the Honorable Sharon R. Bock, Esq. (Palm Beach) “This is a testament to our commitment to embracing technology and advancing innovation to provide the best possible experience to our customers, the taxpayers.”
The award will be presented at the Agenda 19 Conference held March 18-20, 2019. The 3-day event is a business leadership conference that focuses on driving businesses forward in changing times.
