The Department of Revenue (DOR) has posted informational bulletins on bills the Florida Legislature passed in the 2021 regular legislative session. Property Tax Oversight (PTO) Informational Bulletins 21-01 to 21-13 and 20-09R are available in the Tax Law Library on the Department’s website at Property Tax Oversight Informational Bulletins.
New Tax Law Library Replaces Revenue Law Library
The Department of Revenue has replaced the Revenue Law Library with an updated Tax Law Library. The Department is making the new library available as part of its mission to assist taxpayers in complying with tax and child support laws. The Tax Law Library contains a variety of tax-related documents, including informational bulletins, as well as links to related resources such as statutes, rules, and other references.
