The Guardianship Improvement Task Force, chaired by the Honorable Ken Burke, CPA (Pinellas), held its final meeting on Monday, November 15, 2021. During the meeting, the Task Force voted to approve the report which included ten recommendations to improve the guardianship system in Florida. The professional team is in the process of making minor edits and technical changes to the report, therefore, it is not yet available. The Executive Summary, including the list of ten recommendations, can be found on the Guardianship Improvement Task Forcewebsite. Once the final report is available, it will be uploaded to the website under the Reports tab.
