The Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers and CiviTek are honored to be selected among the Best Companies to Work for in Florida in the Florida Trend annual program in its August 2022 magazine. FCCC-CiviTek was selected as one of the top 100 companies, which combines the best large, midsized, and small companies in Florida, and was #37 in Best Midsized Companies.

FCCC-CiviTek has participated in the Best Companies to Work program for the past three years and was selected for the first time this year.
The Best Companies to Work for in Florida is a survey and awards program that honors employers in Florida that are making their workplaces great. This is a project of Florida Trend in partnership with Workforce Research Group. The program is built to identify those employers in Florida who are doing things right and creating cultures that make employees proud to be a part of them.
A two-part survey is conducted to get a thorough assessment of each employer by capturing details about policies and practices and surveying employees' opinions about their workplace experience. Both the employer and employee data sets are combined to determine the best workplaces.
