Senator Keith Perry receives FCCC 2022 Legislative Leadership Award

Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers (FCCC) recognized Senator Keith Perry on Monday, August 29, 2022, at the Marion County Judicial Center with the FCCC Legislative Leadership Award for his continued support and leadership during the 2022 session. Senator Perry provided strong support in assisting with Clerks’ priority legislation (SB 552/HB 397) and sponsored the Clerk Pandemic Recovery Plan in the state budget process. The Honorable Gregory C. Harrell (Marion) and the Honorable Tom Bexley (Flagler), FCCC Legislative Chair presented the award. Also in attendance were the Senator’s other local Clerks, the Honorable J.K. “Jess” Irby, Esq. (Alachua), and the Honorable Matt Reynolds (Putnam), as well as Jason Harrell, FCCC Director of Government Relations.
Senator Perry currently represents District 8, and has a long history of public service to our members. He most recently served as the chair of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Criminal and Civil Justice.
