Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers (FCCC) recognized 58 members for participating in its fourth annual Best Practices Excellence Program during the 2024 Summer Conference. Of those recognized, 47 offices completed all 10 best practices this year. Two Clerks’ offices participated for the first time – Liberty and Washington. And, the Clerks have the highest completion rate to date with 80 percent of qualifying checklists submitted.
“In its fourth year now, the Best Practices Excellence Program continues to grow and flourish,” said 2023-2024 FCCC President and Suwannee County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller Barry Baker. “I am immensely proud of this program’s success, and I applaud the Clerks and their staff recognized for demonstrating these high professional standards. I’d also like to sincerely thank our FCCC Best Practices Chair Laura Roth for her heartfelt dedication to this wonderful program. I look forward to seeing it reach new heights in the future."
