GrayRobinson hosted a Community Leader Forum featuring the Honorable Tiffany Moore Russell, Esq. (Orange), FCCC President, the Honorable Grant Maloy (Seminole), and the Honorable Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA (Polk). Held on October 30, 2024, the forum highlighted innovative practices they have introduced to improve efficiency and productivity in their offices, along with the challenges currently facing the court system.

Together, these Central Florida Clerks are "Elevating the Clerk Brand" by implementing innovative solutions to streamline office operations and enhance service to the community.

The Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller's Office is "Increasing Clerk Engagement" by offering a series of "How Do I" videos. These conveniently accessible videos, available on the Pasco County Clerk and Comptroller's website, guide citizens through various services provided by the Clerk’s office, including how to pay or contest a traffic citation or apply for a passport.
