The Orange County Clerks’ Web Payments Process Improvements project is "Utilizing or Improving Technology" by transforming a 17-minute, manual report process into a streamlined, technology-driven workflow. By automating CSV formatting, integrating reports into SharePoint for multi-user access, and expanding responsibilities across three branches, the team cut processing time in half, reduced risks of payment delays, and improved collaboration. These upgrades not only eased staff workload but also ensured customers received faster, more reliable service. |
