Best Practices Regional Training Concludes

Last week, more than 270 Clerks and Comptrollers and their staff attended Best Practices regional trainings in Collier, Citrus, Duval, and Okaloosa counties.

This year’s best practice training covered the effective use of FCCC’s best practices, designed to streamline Clerk processes with the goal of efficiency, professionalism, legal compliance, and consistency.

In addition to general information on the use of best practices as reference tools, the session provides a comprehensive overview of four best practice areas, as well as coverage of current hot topics affecting best practices and Clerk and Comptroller processes. Each focused discussion may include an overview of historical context, legal requirements, specific processes, and how to handle common issues and questions that may arise.
