The Manatee County Clerk and Comptroller's Office co-created a Local Government Day with Rowlett Charter Academy. This program introduces middle school civics students to the vital roles their local government offices play in their daily lives. |

| Participating offices include the Clerk's office, Manatee County's Tax Collector, Sheriff's Office, County Government, and the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, among others, providing students with comprehensive exposure to local governance. This year, the program is expanding to include Parrish Charter Academy, demonstrating its growing impact on civics education in their community. |

Representatives from the Citrus County Clerk and Comptroller's Office participated in the Citrus County School District’s “Welcome Back” event for teachers. The event provided a valuable opportunity to share their free Property Fraud Alert service, reaching more than 2,000 community members and raising awareness about protecting property records. |
