Operation Green Light Toolkit 2026

TOOLKIT

To assist Clerks participating in Operation Green Light during the recommended dates (April 11 - April 25, 2026), Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers (FCCC) is providing a toolkit of materials that can be used to promote the event to local stakeholders, the general public, and eligible participants. The toolkit includes various statewide materials and county-specific materials.

FULL TOOLKIT:

View the most recent version of the full toolkit on DropBox.

If you have any trouble accessing the files or have any questions, please contact communications@flclerks.com.

INDIVIDUAL TOOLKIT MATERIALS:

Individual toolkit materials are available for download at the links below.

Logos and Branding:

Statewide Logos - Standard Option

FCCC is not utilizing the logos with the word "virtual" for any statewide and/or broad messaging.

Statewide Logos - Virtual Option

The statewide logos including the word “virtual” are used on certain materials such as social media.

County Logos - Standard Option

Since some offices host virtual and others host in-person events, FCCC is providing two options for county-specific logos. Clerks holding in-person events may choose to use the standard option logos.

County Logos - Virtual Option

Clerks holding virtual events may choose to use the standard option logos.

Virtual Event Overlay

The majority of the Operation Green Light toolkit materials reference the standard logo. If you are holding a virtual event, but want to use a communications tool with the standard logo, simply overlay this transparent image (.png) on the document.

Branding Information

This document includes basic information about the colors and fonts used in the Operation Green Light branding.

Design Elements

Design elements, such as images, used in Operation Green Light.

Reporting:

Driver License Reinstatement Event Reporting Form

Per Chapter 2019-167 Florida’s Clerks of Court are required to hold annual Driver License Reinstatement Days. Section 322.75(7), Florida Statues, requires that certain information be reported to the CCOC for reporting in their Annual Report that is due to the Legislature by January 1. Please complete the reporting spreadsheet and submit to reports@flccoc.org by the 20th of the month following your event. For example, if your event is held in April, submit by May 20th.

Consecutive days can be counted as a single event. If the event spans consecutive days but multiple months, please submit the report by the 20th of the month following the last day of your event. If you hold an event that crosses fiscal years, please submit a separate report for each fiscal year. Each event needs to have a separate reporting form.

Be sure to track the cases placed on a payment plan for follow-up three months later. If you do not place cases on a payment plan, no follow-up is required.

The most recent version of the Driver License Reinstatement Event Reporting Form and reporting instructions, along with guidelines for reporting cases that failed to comply with the terms of their payment plan, can be directly downloaded from the Florida Clerks of Court Operations Corporation’s (CCOC) website.

Reference Materials:

Partner List

A list of potential partners that can be notified about the events.

Testimonial and Image Waiver Form (or Word Document)

A waiver form for capturing testimonials, photos, and videos during the event.

Day-Of Event Recommendations

This document provides helpful tips and recommendations for the day(s) of your Operation Green Light event.

County-By-County Payment Contact List

This file can be referenced to encourage customers to contact staff in other counties for questions regarding customer payment. While contact information can be shared, the full document is intended for internal use.

Event Liaison Contact List

This file is a list of event liaisons for each county. If a customer has questions about an event within a different county, please provide them with the contact information listed. While contact information can be shared, the full document is intended for internal use.

Logistics Checklist

A checklist to help Clerks plan their event.

2025 OGL Pilot Program Report and Recommendations

Last year, the FCCC Communications Team developed an OGL Pilot Program to evaluate effective communication strategies for reaching eligible individuals and to provide guidance for local implementation. The resulting report and recommendations are available for county use in support of local outreach efforts. Participating pilot counties included DeSoto, Miami-Dade, and St. Johns, and the recommendations reflect practices adaptable to counties of varying sizes and operational capacities.

Social Media:

Social Media Calendar

The social media calendar includes graphics and social media posts developed for use by FCCC and local Clerk of Court offices. The social media calendar includes video posts, pre-event promotional posts, and posts to use on event days.

The calendar can be downloaded as a Word Document or PDF. All social media graphics can be downloaded here.

Media Materials:

Radio Ad Template

A template for radio ads that can be tweaked based on your event's specific details.

Media Advisory Template

A media advisory template for alerting local media contacts about Operation Green Light. FCCC recommends applying the content to your office's letterhead and adjusting where appropriate to fit the needs of your office.

Printed Materials:

Statewide Palm Card (Available in English, Spanish, Haitian/Creole)

This year, FCCC does not plan to distribute printed palm cards; however, if your office would like us to ship you overages from previous years, please email communications@flclerks.com. The statewide palm card includes a broad overview, and includes negative space on the back where an Avery 94227 label can be applied with local details. If you would like to print additional statewide palm cards, please refer to the files in this link:

  • OGL-PalmcardStatewide (Design File)
  • Information with Ordering Specifications
  • Labels

Palm Card Templates

A Microsoft Word template for palm cards that can be edited by each county and printed on an office printer using heavier paper stocks. Each office has their own customized version, which can easily be downloaded and adjusted by adding their event details and office seal.

* Since palm card template uses the standard branding, the virtual event overlay can be added to it to notify the audience if your office is hosting a virtual event.

Buttons

FCCC is not providing printed buttons. If your office would like to order additional buttons, this link includes the art files for the buttons and the ordering instructions. The following documents are included:

  • Before Event Button
  • Day Of Event Button
  • Ordering Instructions

Stickers and Bumperstickers

FCCC is not providing printed stickers. If your office would like to order additional stickers, this link includes the art files for the stickers and the ordering instructions. The following documents are included:
  • Before Event Sticker
  • Day Of Event Sticker
  • Ordering Instructions

Statewide Flyer Templates (8.5x11) (Available in English, Spanish, Haitian/Creole)

A Microsoft Word template for a statewide flyer that can be edited by each county and printed on an office printer using heavier paper stocks.

* Since flyer template uses the standard branding, the virtual event overlay can be added to it to notify the audience if your office is hosting a virtual event.

Postcard Templates (5.5x8.5)

A Microsoft Word template for postcards that can be edited by each county, mail merged or labelled, printed on an office printer using heavier paper stocks, stamped, and mailed. This is the perfect tool for contacting eligible participants; however, postage can be a significant cost. Each office has their own customizable version.

* Since postcard template uses the standard branding, the virtual event overlay can be added to it to notify the audience if your office is hosting a virtual event.

Yard Signs

FCCC is providing design files for each office for various yard signs and directional signs. This includes:

  • 18x24" Yard Sign Design
  • 24x36" Directional Sign Design
  • 18x24" Directional Sign Design
  • Ordering Instructions

* Since yard sign uses the standard branding, the virtual event overlay can be added to it to notify the audience if your office is hosting a virtual event.

T-Shirts

For the 2026 Operation Green Light events, FCCC will order and ship three OGL t-shirts to each participating office that filled out the order survey sent out in February.
If you have any questions about the these t-shirts, please contact PManderfield@FLClerks.com.

For additional t-shirts, please visit the Full Press FCCC OGL Webstore to order.
The store will close on  Wednesday, March 11, 2026. All orders will processed and shipped within two weeks of store closure to the address provided at check out.
If you have any questions about the Full Press FCCC OGL Webstore, please contact John@FullPressApparel.com.
