CiviTek National, Inc. is a taxable corporation, registered in the State of Florida.
The corporation is currently providing child support payment services for three states in the western United States and two territories. The CiviTek National, Inc. Board is comprised of three members.

The Florida Courts E-Filng Authority is an intergovernmental agency established under chapter 163, Florida Statutes. The Board of Directors of the Florida Courts E-Filing Authority consists of eight Circuit Court Clerks and the Clerk of the Supreme Court.
The Authority provides governance for the state’s e-filing court records portal, found at www.myflcourtaccess.com.

The Florida Local Government Investment Trust (Florida Trust) was created in 1991 to provide public entities a pooled intermediate investment program, and is now known as the Florida Trust. It is a joint venture between the Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers and the Florida Association of Counties. The Board of Trustees is comprised of six members – there Clerks of the Circuit Court/County Comptrollers and there County Commissioners.
