The Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller's Office is "Increasing Clerk Engagement" by opening a remote Notice of Commencement office on Anna Maria Island to help expedite rebuilding efforts for the cities of Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, Anna Maria Island, and the town of Longboat Key following the destruction from hurricanes Helene and Milton.
