Representatives from the Duval County Clerk’s Strategic Initiatives Department attended the 2025 FLGISA Annual Conference in Orlando, where they presented on the office’s exploration of artificial intelligence and robotic process automation. Their session showcased how emerging technologies are being used to enhance public service delivery, streamline internal operations, and advance the Duval Clerk’s commitment to innovation and constituent‑focused solutions.

Initiated by the Honorable Tiffany Moore Russell, Esq. (Orange), the annual Senior Holiday Brunch is a longstanding tradition created to give back to Orange County’s senior citizens. Now in its 18th year, this beloved event brings seniors together for a fun-filled celebration featuring musical entertainment, raffles, and a festive holiday meal.
 
With the support of more than 60 volunteers from the Orange County Clerk’s Office and the community, they served more than 500 seniors a delicious holiday meal generously donated by Sodexo Live. Clerk Russell and the Outreach Team thank staff members who volunteered their time and service to make this event a tremendous success. The office is proud to continue spreading joy and holiday cheer to the senior community each year.
