The Lee County Clerk and Comptroller’s Office is placing a strong focus on increasing public awareness of its responsibilities as Comptroller. Recently, the office presented to the Southwest Florida Hispanic Chamber on the State of the County’s Finances, offering an in‑depth look at The Sand Dollar, a publication designed to educate the community about the Comptroller’s role while providing clear, accessible information on the county’s financial health. |

Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller's Office
During 2025, the Honorable Roger D. Eaton (Charlotte) and his team successfully hosted fundraising events and raffles to benefit local charities. To date, $6,800 has been raised for My Autism Connection Inc., a non-profit organization supporting autistic adults in developing skills for independence. |

| An additional $7,200 has been raised for the Animal Welfare League, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of animals. Two more fundraisers are scheduled later this year to support the Center for Abuse and Rape Emergencies and the Virginia B. Andes Volunteer Community Clinic. |
