FCCC Event Photo Policy
During events hosted by Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers (FCCC), audio and video recordings, or images may be captured by FCCC staff, or photographers or videographers hired by FCCC. By participating in or entering the premises or any event hosted, co-hosted, or coordinated by FCCC, you consent to the use of any photographic image or audio or video recording captured at the event, and you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of any captured photographic image or recording by the FCCC, including any right to inspect or approve the photographic image or audio or video recording. Notwithstanding the above, after each event, images or photographic images and videos will be made available to elected Clerks and Comptrollers. Each office is encouraged to use photographic images and videos of their elected Clerk and staff at their discretion, but may not use, copy, alter, or modify any photographic images or videos of other elected Clerks or Comptrollers without the advance written permission from the subject of the photographic image or video. Photographic images or videos may be distributed amongst members and staff through the FCCC Weekly Update e-mail newsletter and added to the learning management system. Photographic images of elected Clerks and Comptrollers will not be used by FCCC for external purposes, such as social media and press releases, without written approval from the subject of the image. By participating in FCCC events, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Florida Court Clerks & Comptrollers (FCCC) from any and all claims involving the use of your name, image, or likeness.
